According to the article in the newspaper at the time of her death Deloris Caroline Nelson was born Nov. 13, 1920 at Newman Grove to Mr.and Mrs. Carl A. Nelson***. She died at her home near Newman Grove on July 3 at the age of 37 years, 7 months and 20 days. She was married on September 25, 1944 to Dean A. Wobig and 3 sons were born to them. She was survived by her 3 sons, her parents Mr. and Mrs. Carl O. Nelson at Wayne, 4 sisters: Mrs. Robert Mayer, Mrs. Keith Doughn both at Wayne; Mrs. David Mayer at Stanton, Mrs. Kenneth Lessman at Cedar Rapids, Iowa; 3 brothers: Orville, Marvin, Wilfred all at Wayne.
